The Saline County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 52-year-old Salina man Sunday on requested charges of two counts of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, criminal restraint, and lewd and lascivious behavior.

Captain Roger Soldan said Charles W. Stephens is alleged to have had sexual contact with two pre-teen girls Saturday afternoon at a home in Saline County.

The parents of the girls contacted the Sheriff’s Office Saturday.
