A woman reports the theft of game systems, clothing, and rechargeable batteries from her home in the early morning hours of December 21st. Heather Platte said there were people in her home in the 1200 block of N. 7th, between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. that morning. Taken were a Sony Playstation 3, Sony Playstation 4, about $100 in women’s clothing, and the batteries. Total loss in the case has beenestimated at $600.

A man tells police his iPad was stolen from his home. Kenneth Henderson said the tablet was taken from his home in the 100 block of S. 12th sometime between December 19th and December 20th. The iPad is valued at $1,000.

Police take a report of damage to a car. Daniel Martinez said the windshield and the driver’s window on his 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse was damaged while parked at his home in the 400 block of Saturn, between December 26th and December 27th. Total damage has been estimated at $500.

Salina Police have taken reports of two stolen cars. Jeramy Hassler said his 2004 Dodge Stratus was taken while it was parked in the 800 block of Willow between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The keys were not in the car, which is valued at $2,200. An Enterprise rental car from Bel Aire, Kansas was also reported stolen from Salina. The 2015 Chrysler 200 was taken from the 800 block of S. 5th sometime between December 19th and December 23rd. Police say it is possible the keys were left with this car, which has a total value of $15,000.
