Eisenhower Elementary School, 1101 N. Vine St. – Abilene (January 6) Licensing Inspection
– Mop sink not sealed to wall which can allow for dirty water to accumulate underneath.
– Gap at bottom of delivery door.

Great Plains Theatre, 401 Cottage Ave. – Abilene (December 30) Licensing Inspection
– No Violations.

North Agri Mart-Ampride, 301 W. Walnut St. – Herington (January 4) Regular Inspection
– Package of raw pork on a stick was setting on top of a container of coleslaw in walk-in cooler. Corrected on site: raw pork moved.
– Build up of pink mold on ice chute of soda fountain machine. Corrected on site: ice chute cleaned.
– Box of single use cups setting on floor in seating area.
– Men and women’s bathroom doors do not completely self close.
– Spray bottle of clear fluid in kitchen area not labeled. Person in charge identified as bleach. Corrected on site: contents discarded.
