– Ceiling of walk-in cooler in front of cooling units are covered in mold.
– Three blue bait bars setting on floor of walk-in cooler. Corrected on site: put in plastic and put in trash.

– Can opener blade has accumulation of dried on food debris. Corrected on site: moved to warewashing.
– Case of single service cups setting on floor by southwest back door. Corrected on site: moved cups off of floor.
