As their 2016 inaugural season fast approaches, coaches and staff of the Salina Liberty indoor professional team took one last look at prospective players on Sunday afternoon.

Hundreds of prospects turned out for the second and final open tryout session at the Salina Bicentennial Center. The tryouts culminated a busy weekend for the Liberty, which began on Saturday with tryouts for the Liberty Ladies dance team.

The 2016 season begins for the Liberty with a pre-season game scheduled for Saturday, February 13th at 7:05 p.m., while the regular season kicks off on Saturday, March 5th at 7:05 p.m.. Ticket information for all Liberty home games can be found at BicentennialCenter.com.

Including the preseason game, the Liberty will play a total of seven home games at the Bicentennial Center during the season. The will also play six away games to round out their inaugural schedule.
