The Saline County Sheriff’s Office and Salina Police Department are now accepting applications for their Advanced Citizens Academy that will take place one night a week from March 31st through May 17th.

Sheriff’s Office Lt. Sean Kochanowski said anyone who has attended a previous Citizens Academy can apply. They will be able to take a maximum of 16 participants. The application deadline is February 12th.

Applications are available at the desk of the Salina Police Department, or Saline County Sheriff’s Office. Applications are also available by clicking on Citizens Academy at the Sheriff’s Office website, SalineSheriff.org
