A 22-year-old man was arrested and could face charges of robbery, domestic battery, and deprivation of property in connection with an incident Sunday evening.

Jason Glass is alleged to have taken a cell phone from a girl in her late teens at about 7 p.m. Sunday, while in a car at the parking lot of McDonald’s, 701 S. Broadway.

A short time later, the victim and Glass met at Pacific Park, 701 W. Pacific, where the victim was able to get her phone back. When leaving, Glass is alleged to have tripped the victim when she started to walk away.

Police were called and Glass was arrested.
