A 25-year-old Salina man was arrested Saturday morning on requested charges aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, and theft after making threats with a stolen gun.

Captain Mike Sweeney said Xavier Matthews is accused of pointing a .22 caliber handgun at 21-year-old Khamry Stone during an argument at about 8 a.m. at 509 N. 12th.

During the investigation, officers learned that Matthews allegedly took the gun from a residence at 737 Fairdale on January 9th while attending a party.
