A 24-year-old Salina man is arrested Wednesday on a warrant for allegedly using someone else’s ATM card without permission back in April.

Rex Vaughn is accused of using the card of a 20-year-old female acquaintance five times between April 8th and April 17th to make $392.86 worth of purchases.

Vaughn was booked into jail on several counts of unlawful use of a financial card, theft by deception, and failure to appear.
