A Clay Center man was arrested on requested charges of aggravated assault and criminal threats during an argument with another man at a Salina motel early Tuesday morning.
Police Captain Mike Sweeney said 35-year-old Jeremy Scott had been in the argument with 38-year-old Bradley Schriner at the America’s Best Value Inn, 2403 S. 9th, around 1:30 a.m.
Scott allegedly went to his car, pulled out what a appeared to be a handgun, and threatened to shoot Schriner.
Scott left, but was stopped by officers at Broadway and Woodland a short time later.
Police recovered a black b-b gun from the car.
