Cloud Street from Powers Road to Hedville Road was reopened to through traffic today following completion of the replacement of an existing cross road culvert pipe and building up the road to accommodate the larger culvert pipe by a Saline County Road and Bridge Department.

The site is located 0.25 mile west of Hedville Road on Cloud Street.
