Ian R. Shuey, 30, of Great Bend, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016. Ianwas born March 30, 1986 in Great Bend, KS to Paul Shryock and KelleyShuey.
Ian was employed with Chism’s Trash Service in Great Bend as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father; Paul Shryock, grandfather; Raymond Shuey, grandmother; Darlene Wilhelm-Shuey and a grandfather; Jim Pettijohn.
Survivors include his parents; Kelley (Mike) Bieberle of Salina, four brothers; Asa (Amber) Shuey of Andover, Nik (Trista) Bieberle of Centerville, Corban Bieberle of Salina and Liji Corwin of Hutchinson, grandmother; Wilma Pettijohn of Great Bend, grandparents; Ron and Bonnie Minix of Lyons and Marvin and Marge Bieberle of Great Bend, two nieces; Alyssa and AlidiaShuey and a nephew; Jax Bieberle.
Visitation will be at Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 1:00 to 7:00pm with the family receiving guests from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.
Funeral services will be held at Friday, August 5, 2016 at 10:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 845 S. Ohio, Salina. Burial will take place at the Great Bend City Cemetery, Great Bend.

PINE LAKE, GEORGIA – Jeffrey Lee Jackson, age 47, passed away April 24, 2016, at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born August 5, 1968, in Eureka, Kansas. His parents were David and Vicki (Ray) Jackson. He grew up in Marion. He graduated from Marion High School with the class of 1986. He then attended Butler County Community College to study computer science. In 2001, he married Paula Young. They worked together from their home in Pine Lake, Georgia. Jeff was an appraiser and an insurance agent. Jeff raced motorcycles and loved motocross. He was an avid collector of rock and roll memorabilia. He loved his family and cherished being a grandpa. He was preceded in death by his father David Jackson, and his grandparents: Bob and Gertrude Ray. He is lovingly survived by his wife Paula; his mother Vicki; two step-daughters: Christy and Michelle; a granddaughter Shelby; his aunt Cheryl Ray; an uncle Bob Hartley; and two cousins: Robb Hartley and Vicki Kay Williams. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016, at the Marion Cemetery.

FLORENCE – Bertha G. “Bert” Zogelman, age 84, passed away August 1, 2016, at St. Luke Living Center, Marion. She was born October 21, 1931, at St. Leo. She was the youngest of 10 children born to Nicholas and Gertrude (Hommertzheim) Schoenecker. On August 23, 1952, she was united in marriage to Norbert J. Zogelman. Their marriage was blessed with 4 children. She was a farm wife and later cooked at the Chuckwagon and worked at the greenhouse in Florence. She was preceded in death by her husband Norbert; and 7 siblings: Josephine Blanchat, Annie Schoenecker, Betty Smith, Chris Carter, Martha Miller, Bart Schoenecker, and Pete Schoenecker. She is lovingly survived by her children: Carol Callahan of Burns; Pat Zogelman and wife Mary of Florence; Nick Zogelman and wife Sharon of Florence; and Scott Zogelman of Florence; 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 siblings: Sister Mary Schoenecker of Wichita; and Joe Schoenecker and wife Francis of Wichita; and a sister-in-law Clara Zogleman. All services will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Florence, with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., Friday; and the Memorial Mass to be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016. Donald Albert “Butch” Woellhof, 106 years old, died on July 31, 2016 in Leonardville, Kansas.
He was born on March 13, 1910 to George and Anna (Woellhof) Harrison in Broughton, Kansas.
“Butch” was raised in Clay County and attended rural schools. He worked for the Kansas Department of Transportation and later farmed in the Bloom, Mulberry and Sherman Townships, retiring in 1982. He married Pearl Chaput on August 1, 1936 and she survives. Butch was preceded in death by his son Dwight and his brother.

Eleanor Louise Hilton, 76, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away at 1:40 p.m, Friday, July 29th, 2016 while in the company of family members, at McPherson Health And Rehab, McPherson, Kansas.
Louise was born in Wichita, Kansas on November 7, 1939, a daughter of Cecil Lulu (Lydick) Smith Fansler and Robert Dean Smith.
Louise graduated from Wichita North High School, Wichita, Kansas. She then attended a medical school to become a medical assistant.
Louise was a homemaker and she took great pride in providing for her family in this manner. She also worked as a medical assistant for Allergy Associates of Wichita, Kansas.
Louise was a wife of a member of the Midian Shriners Club in Wichita and assisted in many activities. She also enjoyed bowling, raising her family, loved to read, painting, working on crafts, sewing, camping, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Jon Hilton and his wife Cynthia, of Brunswick, Maine and Tami Hilton, of McPherson, Kansas; her brother, Robert Lyn, Smith and his wife Patty, of Wichita, Kansas; her 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Teresa Cross; a brother, Larry Smith.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.

Curtis Wayne Priddy, 64, of Lindsborg, passed away August 2, 2016.
He was born June 19, 1952, the son of Alfred and Jewell (Brotherson) Priddy in Lindsborg, KS.
On February 27, 1993, Curtis was united in marriage to Elizabeth Ann Wickersham in Roxbury, KS. Ann passed away October 31, 2011.
Curtis retired from the Union Pacific Railroad, and was an active volunteer at Bethany Home and the American Legion in Lindsborg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother, Chuck Priddy.
Curtis is survived by his step-sons, Brian Davis of Olathe, Paul Davis of Manhattan, and sisters: Joyce Eggers (Richard) of Salina, Judy Becker (Scott) of Lindsborg, and Janet Pyeatt (Rex) of Mulvane.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, August, 13, at 11:00am at Elmwood Cemetery, Lindsborg.
