Diana Lynne Boos, 53, of Salina, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016. She was born July 6, 1963 in Kimball, NE.
She worked as a Personal Assistant for OCCK for 15 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond E and Erna J. Reddig Sr.; foster mother, Rose Vawter and grandson, Aiden Reddig.
Survivors include her son, Aaron (Ashley) Reddig of Mulvane; daughter, Jennifer Claytor of Salina; sisters, Glenda (Max) Owen of Garden City, Jacqueline (Phil) Salas of Yates Center, Jewel E. Reddig Lenderman of Aiken, SC; brother, Ray (Mary Jo) Reddig of Hays, four grandchildren and one more on the way and best friend Tammy Clinkenbeard of Salina.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 6, with family receiving guests from 4-6pm at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.
Funeral services will be held at 10am, Friday, October 7th at the chapel.

Emery W. Berry, 85, Minneapolis, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. He was born May 9, 1931 in Russell County to William and Grace (Chenoweth) Berry.
Emery attended grade school in District 54 in Russell County and he was a 1949 graduate of Hoisington High School. Emery graduated from Kansas State University in 1953 with a degree in Agriculture Education. He served in the United States Army from 1953 – 1955 and was honorably discharged as a sergeant. Emery then taught Vo Ag at the Ellis High School and farmed with his brother, Everette, before moving to rural Minneapolis where he farmed until he retired in 2008.
Emery and Carleen Mears were united in marriage on August 17, 1957 in Beloit. He was a member and Elder at the Community Bible Church where he also served as an AWANA leader. He received many honors and recognition throughout the years for his farming.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Everette; and sisters Rosella Vohs and Leona Berry.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Carleen; children Diana Klein and husband Jim, Deb Miller and husband Mike, and Ken Berry and wife Tina; grandchildren Danielle McGuire and husband Ty; Jacob and his wife Reilly, Adam, and Justin Klein, Colby, Kaden, and Cooper Berry; and great-grandchildren Traxtyn, Kennedy, and Gracyn McGuire.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M, Friday, October 7, at the Community Bible Church, Minneapolis. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis, where the family will receive friends from 5-7. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Community Bible Church or the Ottawa County Health Center Wellness Center and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Alan K. Jurgensmeier, 29, Bennington, died Monday, October 3, 2016. He was born February 11, 1987 in Salina to Charles and Kristine (Wagner) Jurgensmeier.
Alan was a 2005 graduate of Bennington High School. He then attended DeVry University before enlisting in the Army Reserves. Alan served for eight years and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Survivors include his parents, Charlie and Kris Jurgensmeier; daugthers Destiny and Annabella; sisters Amy Zeigler and husband Andy and Ashley Harclerode and husband Aaron; grandmothers Joan Jurgensmeier and Jean Wagner; and his brothers at heart, David and Nick Swetson.
A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, October 6 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Minneapolis. Memorial services will be at 10:30 A.M., Friday at the Bennington Bible Church. Burial will be in the Bennington Cemetery. Rachel L. Janssen, 74 passed away on October 2, 2016 at Salina Regional Health Center. She was born on June 22nd, 1942 in Ellsworth to Herschel and Marian (Craig) Janssen.
Rachel worked in medical records at the Ellsworth County Hospital. She was a member of Red Hats, enjoyed numerous bible studies, and was very fond of helping with “Bible Alive” at her church. The things Rachel most enjoyed in life were spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.
Rachel was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her son Clinton Walker of Salina, and daughters Chrys Lamatsch and husband David of Claflin and Cara Spurney and husband Blaine of Salina. Grandchildren include Tyler Walker, Lauren and Michael Lamatsch and one great-grandchild Kolten Walker. Two brothers, Arlo Janssen of Sheridan, Wyoming, Richard Janssen and wife Shelly of Ellsworth and two sisters Jo Walker and husband Duane of Canton, and J. Janssen of Evergreen, Colorado along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday October 6 from 3 to 8 pm at Ryan Mortuary with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 pm. Services will be held at 10:30 am Friday October 7th at First Baptist Church, 843 Lewis Ave Salina, Kansas. Graveside services will take place at 2:30 pm at Carneiro Cemetery.

Sherry Lynn Wolfe-Eyer, age 58, of Wakefield, Kansas, passed away September 29, 2016. ?
Sherry was a devoted wife, loving daughter and generous friend. ? She had a fondness for spending time gardening, canning, and cooking for her family and friends. ? She loved all animals, especially her pets, they gave her such happiness, unwavering companionship, and love. She had a sharp, witty sense of humor, matched only by her husband’s. ? ? Sherry enjoyed life to its fullest, was always up for an adventure, and loved to travel, including and especially destinations abroad. ? She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Geary Community Hospital, before transitioning into Information Technology, and ? was well regarded by her colleagues and peers for her dedication and the impact she had on so many lives. ?
Sherry is survived by: her husband of 23 years James (Jim) Eyer: her mother Shirley Gormley Gray: her brother Rodney Gray (Sheri); her stepdaughter Kathrina McGarvey (Chris); her stepson James Eyes Jr. (Vicki) and a long list of family and friends too numerous to list, but not forgotten. ?
Sherry was preceded in death by her father, Lynn Wolfe, her stepfather, Earl Gray, grandmother, Helen Widler, and great grandparents, George and Galena Towers.

Harold E. Koch, 87, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016, in Salina. He was born in the telephone office in Bushton, KS on May 31, 1929 to Edward and Grace (Flannery) Koch.
Harold married Betty Kemmerer, February 19, 1950, in Great Bend, KS. She survives him. Shortly after serving his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, Harold and Betty returned to Kansas to work at his family’s business, The Bushton Telephone Co. Soon after that, they purchased the Holyrood Telephone Co. which they later incorporated into H&B Communications of Holyrood. Harold then served as co-owner and general manager of H&B Communications for nearly 30 years. He was a member of the Holyrood American Legion Post 200 and the Seventh Day Adventist church of Hutchinson. He also formerly served as the mayor of Holyrood for 20 years.
Harold is survived by his wife Betty; daughter, DelJeane Nash (Don) of Holyrood; son, Rob Koch (Kathy) of Holyrood; grandchildren, Marlena Jahn (Andy), Brandon Koch (Alisha), Allison Koch, Justin Nash (Kelli), and Brent Nash; and great grandchildren, Ethan, Camron, Kinsey, Hailey, Payton, Chloe, Emily, Trenton, and Alexa. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Phyllis Loudenback and Lillian Ricker.
Visitation: 1-8 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Parsons Funeral Home, Ellsworth with family present 6-8 p.m.
Funeral service: 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Holyrood with burial following in the church cemetery.
