Police have arrested a Salina man in connection with a September vehicle burglary.

Captain Mike Sweeney said Quentin Lashell, 21, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant in connection with the burglary, which occurred in the 700 block of Gypsum between September 11th and September 14th.

Lashell is alleged to have entered a Cadillac owned by Savannah Goff. Three pool cues valued at $600 were taken from inside the vehicle.

Sweeney said an unsuccessful attempt was made to pawn the cues at Bob’s Pawn Shop, 925 W. Lincoln, on September 17th.

A subsequent investigation identified Lashell as a suspect in the case and he was arrested Wednesday.

He now faces possible charges of vehicle burglary and misdemeanor theft, according to Sweeney.
