A portion of a Salina street will reopen later this week.

On Friday afternoon, October 28th, Centennial Road will be open to through traffic. This project matches the Centennial Road street improvements completed in the 1990’s and provides improvements through the length of the Airport Industrial Park. The roadway from Jumper Road to the south city limits has been improved with some complete street amenities to include a 5’ sidewalk, bike lanes and a 10’ multimodal trail/sidewalk.

The project was bid and awarded to VogtsParga Construction, LLC from North Newton.
