Kansas-Texas game to kick at either 11 a.m. or 2:30 p.m.

unnamed-2LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas football will host Texas for Senior Day on Saturday, Nov. 19, with the game being designated for either an 11 a.m., or 2:30 p.m., start time the Big 12 Conference office announced Monday morning. The game will be broadcast on one of the following networks: ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU. Final game time and network designation will be announced six days prior to the game–Sunday, Nov. 13.

KU’s game against Texas will mark the Jayhawks’ fourth appearance in 2016 on the ABC/ESPN family of networks. KU traveled to Memphis for a game on ESPNU and also took on TCU on ESPNU. The Jayhawks faced West Virginia on ESPN2 in their most recent outing.

UT leads the all-time series with KU, 13-2, including a 6-2 mark in games played in Lawrence.

Prior to facing Texas, Kansas will host Iowa State, Saturday, Nov. 12 for its Salute to Service game. FOX Sports Net will carry the game with kickoff slated for 11 a.m.
