A Bennington man is the victim of credit card theft.

Salina Police Captain Mike Sweeney said the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office contacted police to inform them that Evan Slick of Bennington had reported the theft of his wallet and contents and that a credit card was used to make purchases in Salina on October 22nd totaling $2,435.30.

Two 65-inch LED TV’s, a PlayStation 4, wireless speakers and a tablet were purchased at Walmart. A credit card transaction was also made at a Casey’s convenience store in Salina.
