The Saline County Sheriff’s Office executes a search warrant at a north Salina home around noon Tuesday and arrest a 60-year-old man on charges that include burglary, theft, criminal trespassing, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Deputies went to 917 N. 13th, lot 6 and searched the home of Randall D. Anderson.
During the search a wood burning stove stolen from the 5100 block of Hohneck Rd in February was recovered, along with two mopeds stolen from the 1300 block of W. North between November of last year and August.
A .22 rifle that have the serial number removed, 12 gauge shotgun, .8 grams of marijuana, and 9.5 grams of methamphetamine packaged for sale was also recovered.
Due to prior felony convictions Anderson was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, and defacing a firearm.
The search concluded a long investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
