SALINE COUNTY- November was a record setting month for Salina. It was the warmest November in over 100-years, according to the National Weather Service.
Most areas of central Kansas saw temperatures well above normal throughout the month. Temperatures in Wichita were the second warmest on record, since 1888. The warmest was 1999.

From September through November temperatures in Salina were 5-6 degrees above normal. It was the third warmest fall ever in Salina, according to the National Weather Service.
We will now say good bye to warm weather. December temperatures are starting 4-8 degrees below normal.
