The Silvertones, the Salina Senior Center’s mixed chorus, is made up of a group of people who enjoy singing music from “days of yore.” They rehearse on Monday mornings in the Salina Senior Center, perform four to five times a month, mostly at assisted living homes and nursing homes. They also sing for special civic organizations and special events throughout the year. The Silvertones do not have auditions or a fee, but they pride themselves on being committed and dedicated to providing fun, quality music. If you are interested in being a part of this group, please contact Linda Collins, director, at musicollins44@yahoo.com.
