An officer tried to stop 47-year-old Richard Long just before 5p.m. on Monday November 28th for driving while suspended.
Police pursued the 1999 green Ford Taurus Long was driving on several residential streets until calling the chase off.
The car not owned by Long, was found abandoned in the 400 block of Antrim.
Long was booked into jail on requested charges of felony fleeing and eluding, driving with a suspended drivers license, and possession of marijuana.
