The Memorial Health System Volunteer Corps in Abilene is spreading Holiday Cheer by donating three more sets of lighted holiday scenes to Memorial Health System to be displayed along Brady Street in Abilene.
This year, the Home Health and Hospice office received a scene of the North Pole with Santa and his reindeer; Learn and Grow Depot received a Christmas train scene; and Village Manor received another scene of Christmas elves decorating a tree.
Last year, Volunteers donated a scene of elves with presents for Village Manor and a scene of trees, snowflakes, and packages for the hospital.
The MHS Volunteer Corps holds several fundraisers throughout the year and uses the proceeds to support special projects within Memorial Health System.
Memorial Health System has lighted holiday scenes on display along Brady Street in Abilene, some of which include motion. There are three new scenes added this season.
