On Monday, Dec. 12, the traffic signal poles at the corner of Ninth Street & Elm Street will be replaced by L&S Electric, LLC. The road will remain open to thru traffic with 4 way stop signs. Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling in the
active work area. Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to be completed in one to two days.
