Counterfeit money passed in Salina

Salina Police have taken a pair of reports where counterfeit money was used to make a purchase.

A bogus $20 bill was taken at the Casey’s convenience store at 1100 E. Iron sometime between 10pm Tuesday and 5am Wednesday.

Domino’s Pizza reports they took a counterfeit $50 bill from a man standing outside an apartment complex at 111 N. Wisconsin Monday night at 11pm. The man had ordered a pizza, said he was a resident of an empty apartment in the building. He was standing outside the building for the pizza and change.
