Saline County Undersheriff Roger Soldan said deputies were sent to a home in Gypsum in the 300 block of King Street just before 9pm.
Deanna Pargman had gotten into an argument with 52-year-old John Pargman, and 57-year-old Debra Zimmerman both of Gypsum.
Deanna Pargman allegedly began swinging an axe at both John Pargman and Zimmerman. She did hit Zimmerman with the side of the axe, but did not injure her.
