Multiple rounds of thunderstorms from Thursday through Saturday will result in roughly one to three inches of rain west of a Salina to Harper line, and three to four inches to the east. Locally higher amounts are likely. The heavy rain will likely result in flooding, including minor to moderate river flooding, especially for areas east of I-35, where heavy rain and flooding occurred earlier this month.
