Local authorities are investigating an alleged altercation and need more information.

According to  Captain Sweeney, the police were sent to 1727 W Crawford on March 21, at 10:40 p.m. for an alleged aggravated battery. Police made contact with  Paul Tech, 30. He had lacerations on his right thumb and hands in addition to scratches on his neck.  According to the police, Tech gave limited information about the alleged altercation and the location has not been able to be determined. Tech did seek medical attention.

The investigation is ongoing.
