Rolling Hills Zoo will be rocking the park during this year’s Zoo Brew Craft Fest on August 25.
Gearing up to be the largest Zoo Brew Craft Fest yet, for one ticket price guests can enjoy unlimited tastings of more than 50 brews at multiple tents with representatives from regional breweries and distributors. There will be three food stations, assess to two cash bars and live music by the Soul Preachers. The gates will open at 6 p.m. and the event run until 10 p.m.
The White Rhino Debut!
Rolling Hills Zoo and Blue Skye Brewery are excited to announce their collaboration and release of the new brew, The White Rhino, with the first tastings at this year’s Zoo Brew Craft Fest.

This blonde craft brew is an “easy drinking” refreshing beer that delivers a subtle crisp citrus flavor and is a great brew to enjoy during the summer as well as throughout the year.
Following this year’s Zoo Brew Craft Fest, this special brew will be available at two locations in Salina, on tap at Blue Skye Brewery and at Rolling Hills Zoo during select events. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of The White Rhino will return to Rolling Hills Zoo to support the zoo’s ongoing mission while also creating awareness about the conservation efforts taking place to save the white rhino from extinction.
Also that evening, be the first to try Budweiser’s new Jim Beam Copper Lager!
Worried about transportation?
Rolling Hills Zoo has got you covered with free transportation from and to Salina. Bus pick-up and drop off with take place at the parking lot at 7th & Iron next to the Cozy Inn. Space is limited and based on a first come, first served. Buses will depart at 6 p.m. and leave the zoo at 10 p.m.
Ticket price for zoo members is $35, non-zoo members is $40, and for those designated drivers or those wanting to join in the fun without abiding in brew the DD price is $20 (which includes complimentary water, soda and food). All, including DD, must be at least 21 years of age.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.rollinghillszoo.org and with the first 300 tickets sold each will receive a Zoo Brew Craft Fest 6-pack cooler.
