A Salina man has been arrested for allegedly striking a male toddler in the face, causing injury.

According to Salina Police Detective Sergeant David Villanueva, Duc Mendez Ho, 28, was arrested for felony abuse of a child for an incident that occurred in an east Salina residence on September 11. Villanueva said he did not have specific information about the extent of the injury to the toddler.
