Multiple decorative items were taken from a home in the 1400 block of Derby.

The items were taken sometime between November 25 and Friday, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said Monday. Items taken include a rug, an end table, pictures, and oriental decorations, he said. Entry to the residence was gained through a window in the kitchen, and damage to both the window and a door leading to the garage were reported. Total loss, including the damage, was reported at $1,000, Forrester said.
