A number of guns and some prescription medication were stolen from a home in the 800 block of Highland early Saturday morning.

Salina Police Sergeant Jim Feldman said Monday that forced entry was made through a window sometime between 1-1:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Five handguns and a rifle, as well as prescription medication, were taken, he said. Total loss was estimated at more than $3,500, Feldman said.

No arrests have been made and police are following up on leads, he added.
