Shoplifters take cologne and perfume from Salina business

Salina Police have taken a report where more than $1,400 in cologne and perfume was taken from Ulta Beauty in the Mid State Plaza last Thursday evening.

Captain Paul Forrester said an employee heard what she thought was packaging being opened in the area where two women customers were. When the employee started
in the direction of where they were, one of the two left the store with a mesh bag and the other went up to the check out counter with another mesh bag, but then said she left her wallet in the car.

She left the store and did not return. The employee discovered several packages of perfumes and colognes were opened and taken. The loss placed at $1,470.

The suspects were described as two black females in their 30s. One was 5’8 and 200 lbs, the second suspect was 5’6 and 170 lbs.
