WOODBINE — A full day of activities, food, and fun is planned for Woodbine’s Fall Festival Saturday.

Breakfast and lunch concessions will be available. Following is the schedule for the annual festival, according to information provided by event organizers.

8 a.m.
A car and tractor show begins (with registration from 8-9 a.m.). The winner will be announced in early afternoon.

8 a.m.-3 p.m.
Vendor event at the school building

12:15 p.m.
Arm Wrestling registration, with competition beginning at 1 p.m.

12:30 p.m.
Favorite Dessert Contest sign-up, with judging beginning at 1 p.m. Age categories include: 0-6 years, 13-18 years, 19 and up. All ages are encouraged to enter.

1 p.m.
Into the Son entertainment on stage

Hay rack rides, mini-train rides, bouncy houses, children’s games, face painting, cake walk, and other family activities

3:30 p.m.
Parade (all other activities will stop during the parade) Following the parade, the Flint Hills Community Band will perform on the stage and games and activities will resume.

4:30 p.m.
Pinata for all children

Free-will donation supper begins

5 p.m.
Doc Hink entertainment on stage

According to the festival organizers, everyone is welcome and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the day.
