A Salina man reports vandalism damage to his car. David Shinn said his 1998 Grand Prix was damaged with blue spray paint while parked in the 300 block of E. Wilson, between 1am and 2am Wednesday morning. The paint was sprayed on the doors, windows, and lights. Damage is estimated at $1,500.
