Police take a report on a counterfeit $10 bill passed by a customer paying for gas. The bill was passed at Casey’s General Store, 725 W. Schilling, about 6:30 p.m. The man who used the bogus bill, along with a real $20, was unaware the bill was counterfeit.

Salina Police are investigating a reported robbery. A 29-year-old man said three white males jumped him while walking in the 800 block of Garden between 4:40-4:45 p.m. Friday afternoon. Taken in the robbery was a backpack of clothing. The man was not hurt.

A man reports the theft of his cell phone while he was at a bar early Sunday morning. Duane Spies said his phone was taken while he was at Sunset Billiards, 1215 W. Crawford, between 1:00 a.m.- 1:45 a.m. Total loss is placed at $500.

A Kansas City man tells police a credit card that was in his wallet that he left at a Salina store Saturday, was used three times Saturday afternoon. Samuel Klaasen said he lost or left his wallet at Walmart, 2900 S. 9th, while shopping. Just under $760 in charges were made to a credit card. There was also $80-$100 in cash in the wallet.

Prescription drugs were reportedly taken from the home of a Salina man. 56-year-old Ronald Speed said morphine pills and hydromorphone pills were taken between 5:30 -6:00 p.m. Friday from his home at 500 E. Crawford. No value was placed on the prescriptions.
