
Salina Police are investigating a pair of child endangerment cases.
While serving a warrant at 419 W. Ash around 11am Saturday morning, police found filthy living conditions at the home, and placed 4 children ranging in ages from 1-10 years, into protective custody.
Arrested on child endangerment charges were 31-year-old Abigail Zugg and 33-year-old Jeard Manis.

Manis was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Then around 10pm Saturday night police were sent to the area of College and University to the report of a young child walking down the street with no adult supervision.
A woman saw the child and called police.
The 4-year-old lived at 913 University, and officers also found a 2-year-old at the home with no adults around.

27-year-old Anthony Hayes did arrive at the home a short time later, and was charged with child endangerment.
The children were placed into protective custody.
