JALISCO MEXICAN RESTAURANT  2601 MARKET PL. 3 critical violations.

  • CRITICAL – Separation-Raw & cooked RTE[Raw shrimp and raw abacon stored over hamburger buns in white Reach in Cooler (RIC) Corrected on Site (COS) Moved buns to top shelf].
  • CRITICAL – RTE PHF, Disposition-discard if >7days at 41°F [10 chili relenos dated 6-24 and 35 chili relenos dated 6-26 COS Voluntary destruction].
  • CRITICAL – RTE PHF, Disposition-discard if in a container w/out a date [Cooked chicken and Flan not date marked COS Chicken dated 7-8 and Flan dated 7-6]. Inspection July 9th.

McDonalds 2236 Planet Avenue. No critical violations. Inspection July 10th.

Taco Johns 2259 S. 9th. No critical violations. Inspection July 9th.

Taco Johns 303 S. Santa Fe. 4 critical violations.

  • CRITICAL – PHF Cold Holding-<41°F [Diced tomatoes 47 and Cheese 48 stored on ice at make table Corrected on Site (COS) Moved back to refrigeration].
  • CRITICAL – RTE PHF, Disposition-discard if in a container w/out a date [Diced tomatoes in Walk in Cooler without a date COS Dated 7- 10 dispose by].
  • CRITICAL – Separation, Storage-chemicals above food, etc. [Liquid hand soap stored on top of boxed fountain pop COS Moved soap].
  • CRITICAL – Backflow prevention present to prevent back siphonage [Food prep sink directly plumbed to sewage line COS Discontinued using with food inside basin. Will wash tomatoes above flood rim until an air break is installed ]. Inspection July 9th.
